I Throw Flying Knives at Zombies [Wuxia Crossover]

Jiang Liu studied under Xiao Li Tanhua and has a sharp-tongued senior brother, Ye Kai.

On their way to Border Town, they came across an inn hit by a terrifying plague.

They also ran into a lame boy named Fu Hongxue.

So the two of them... latched onto him!

Jiang Liu shut her own senior brother out of the room. "Hongxue, there's only enough food here for the two of us for three days."

Fu Hongxue was shaking with rage. "Both of you, get out! You perverted siblings!"

*

Extra! Extra!

Zombies attacked the major martial sects, and the martial world was overrun by:

Light-footed zombies, Five Venoms zombies, Lion's Roar zombies, and, most absurd of all, Iron Head zombies that couldn't be killed.

Wuxia heroes banded together to survive. Ranged attacks like hidden weapons and throwing knives were in desperately short supply.

Fu Hongxue thought to himself: I should sell one of them for food. Which one should I sell?

The two people under his gaze silently raised their hands and started practicing throwing knives at the air.

Historical Romance Coming Soon: Spring Colors Deceive. Please add it to your favorites!

Qing'e and her older brother had spent over ten years running scams by setting up gambling games.

Later, when Qing'e grew into a graceful young woman, the two traveled from town to town, using her looks to lure wealthy young men into their trap before fleecing them.

Her older brother wasn't her real brother. That year, in Jiangning County, they agreed to give up their old ways, get married, and settle down there.

But a wealthy family surnamed Feng lived in the alley, and the sounds of spring frogs and autumn cicadas stirred their hearts every day.

"Dear Qing'e, I think the young master of the Feng family is interested in you. A fat sheep has walked right up to us. It would be against Heaven's law not to fleece him."

As they spent time together, Qing'e realized that the young master, who knew nothing but poetry and romance, did have a sincere side.

When the time came, they agreed to catch him cheating on her. But Qing'e never stopped the boat. They drifted through the night on the Qinhuai River, leaving worldly concerns behind.

The young master blushed after experiencing passion for the first time. "Qing'e... I think there's nothing in this life I can't give you."

After they came ashore, she swindled him out of his money and disappeared.

"Five years later"

Feng Juncheng, a director in the Ministry of Personnel, was touring Zhejiang to investigate and hear a case involving a bully in Qiantang who had oppressed a widow.

He never imagined the widow the constables brought in would be her.

"Are you Li, the woman who filed the grievance? Where is your husband?"

"...He was beaten to death while running a scam."

Feng Juncheng sneered. How had he been foolish enough to fall for her trap back then?

He had been nineteen and inexperienced, afraid she would tell her family about her husband, so he had settled the matter by paying a hundred taels of silver, playing right into their scheme.

"Li Qing'e, you say Xu Guangde took your land and tried to force you to submit. Do you have any witnesses?"

Just as he was about to make things difficult for her and humiliate her, a constable brought a four-year-old child before Feng Juncheng.

Qing'e looked troubled. "My daughter, Li Ru, is my witness."

The child banged out two loud kowtows and said in a babyish voice, "Honorable magistrate, Ruru begs you to seek justice for Qing'e."
