The Food-Loving Consort De Raises Her Child: Everyday Life and Cuisine in the Qing Dynasty

Ling Yin, a foodie and food blogger, transmigrated one day and became Emperor Kangxi's Consort De, Wuya Lingyin.

What's the point of fighting for favor in the palace? Wouldn't it be better to live a lazy life eating and drinking?

While the other consorts fought to the death, she was roasting lamb shanks one day and having hot pot the next. She even made fruit jelly, potato chips, popcorn, lollipops, ice cream, and fruit cake for the Fourth Prince...

Ever since the Fourth Prince started bringing snacks to class, the Nine Princes' rivalry for the throne was no more. Everyone followed the Fourth Prince because he had the good food.

Kangxi: With a mother as virtuous, kind, respectful, and prudent as Lady Wuya, it's only natural that the Fourth Prince is the people's choice...

1. Set in the Qing Dynasty, with plenty of fictional details. Please don't nitpick the history.

2. Not recommended if you're very hungry, since it'll only make you hungrier. Focuses on food and the heartwarming everyday life of raising a child.

3. The blurb may be polished before publication. Once the story starts, I'll see it through, so please don't read if that bothers you.
