Reborn Before the Wedding (1990s)

Looking at the university acceptance letter in her hands, Lu Wan cried tears of joy. She was reborn, signing up for the college entrance exam at the very last moment and finally getting into university.

This time, she would go to university and make her own way. She would never marry Song Yucheng again.

In her previous life, all she wanted was to marry Song Yucheng as soon as possible. She had never taken her studies seriously, and her chances of getting into university were slim. His father had suffered? His mother-in-law had suffered? Had either of them suffered as much as she had?

She couldn't accept it. She bided her time until she found evidence of Song Yucheng's company's wrongdoing, then brought his company down. She found Shen Ting several lovers and gave Song Yucheng a few horns to wear. Then she set fire to the villa where Song Yucheng lived, and perished with them. Before she died, she regretted it more than anything: how had she thrown away her whole life for a scumbag like him?

Fortunately, she was reborn, back before she and Song Yucheng had married. There was still time to change everything.
