When Meng Yafei opened his eyes, he discovered that he had transmigrated into a shop management game called Slime Raising. His entire collection had been wiped clean, but luckily, the original shop from the start of the game remained, so at least he had a place to live.

Yijin (cheerful): This chicken leg is delicious! Meng Yafei is such a great cook. Taking a vacation really was the right choice.

Yanoa wasn't discouraged in the least. He smoothly changed tack and asked with a beaming smile:

"If you don't need a follower, do you need a partner? How about me?"

Mo Bai: "...I don't need a partner, either."

"What a shame." Yanoa sighed sincerely. "But I'm not giving up, my god..."

Before he could finish, the gravely injured Yanoa passed out.

Mo Bai (expressionless): Looks like this elf doesn't understand plain speech.

He quietly watched the elf lying unconscious on the ground. A few seconds later, he bent down helplessly and carried him back.

Everyone: "An elf?!"

Mo Bai replied, "I picked him up. Once he wakes up, I can throw him out."
