Shen Yan was said by everyone to be cold-faced and cold-hearted.
Some people even called him a black-hearted, sharp-tongued bastard.
But the person who said that had no idea that
when she stumbled into his arms, drunk and crying, her nose running,
his heart had nearly melted with tenderness.
"Shen Yan, if you became an actor with that face, I'd be your die-hard fan. The kind who'd never fall for anyone else, not even after a lifetime."
Seven years after Tang Xiaoyi drunkenly joked those words, Shen Yan made the first half come true.
As for the second half...
Staring at the person standing in the doorway of a private hotel suite, looking as if they'd been struck by lightning,
Shen Yan walked over and stopped in front of her. As she looked flustered, he stepped closer and said in a low voice:
"Well, what a coincidence."

Since his debut, the newly crowned double-award-winning Best Actor Shen Yan had gone five years without a single scandal.
His fans used to swear that even a female mosquito would have trouble getting close to him.
But one day, the fan group exploded: someone had seen Shen Yan bring a woman to the set!
When Shen Yan acted, the woman watched him without blinking.
When Shen Yan rested, the woman stayed right by his side.
When Shen Yan went to the bathroom, the woman followed close behind...
Just as the fans were about to lose it, a leak revealed that the woman was Shen's newly hired bodyguard.
The fans immediately breathed a sigh of relief.
A bodyguard, of course she should stay close!
The young woman looked fit and strong. She must be good at fighting!
Yet the famously professional and dedicated Best Actor Shen Yan
lost his temper during an overnight shoot because his female costar kept messing up her takes.
When the director announced a half-hour break,
Shen Yan hurried straight to the rest area and looked at his red-eyed bodyguard. His voice softened with concern.
"Be good. Go sleep in the car."
The yawning bodyguard shook her head, but he suddenly swept her up in his arms and carried her toward the van.
Their voices drifted over on the wind...
"Bastard, what are you doing with your hands?"
"Sleep, or let me sleep with you. Choose."
"...Shen Yan, are you insane?"
"Yeah, I'm sick. Sick with a disease that only you can cure."
Everyone was left dumbfounded.
