Starshine on a Cold Night

Blurb One: Olive Green

Ye Han, squad leader of the Falcon Special Forces Brigade, is cool, taciturn, disciplined, and keeps his distance from women... In short, every word associated with abstinence could be used to describe him.

But a little secret was quietly making the rounds among the base's troops:

The cool and handsome Captain Ye actually has the heart of a delicate young girl!

Because someone has seen him! Folding! Tiny! Stars!

They say his room contains enough hand-folded stars to fill an entire bathtub.

From then on, in the eyes of the rough-and-tumble men at the base, Captain Ye was not only better than everyone else at everything, but also the impossibly refined boy they could never measure up to.

That is, until one day, after completing a mission, Captain Ye brought back a pretty policewoman named Xia Yexing.

Everyone finally understood: the refined boy's hidden persona was actually that of a devoted, loyal puppy!

You are the eternal starlight, illuminating all the darkness of the cold night.

Blurb Two: Navy Blue

When she was young, Xia Yexing was unruly and rebellious. Aside from making a point of opposing her father, she didn't have many other interests.

When he was young, Ye Han was cool and taciturn, the most famous high-achieving student in the whole town.

Later, the problem girl turned over a new leaf and got into police academy, while the top student dropped out of the National University of Defense Technology, famous throughout the country.

Later still, Xia Yexing's greatest wishes were to save up enough money to buy a home and find Ye Han, who had been missing for years.

When a case involving missing persons came up, Xia Yexing was assigned to go undercover. As the investigation deepened, the owner of Shengse, Han Ye, became shrouded in mystery.

During a joint military-police operation, Xia Yexing was ordered to assist the military agent who had infiltrated the criminal organization.

A life-or-death struggle ensued. The criminals were brought to justice, and Han Ye's identity was revealed.

The curtain rose on the past.
