Capturing the Elden Lord

After staying up all night for a week to beat Elden Ring, Jon lived up to everyone's expectations and died suddenly.

When he woke again, an unfamiliar, towering knight was crouched in front of him. Silver armor gleamed brilliantly, and behind the knight was the iconic spectral steed, Torrent.

Jon's bloodied appearance was reflected in the other's smoky blue eyes.

The knight pressed his lips together, looking hesitant. "...Sorry, may I ask if you're my... Maiden...?"

Jon, lying on the ground: ?

What the hell???

Jon was stunned. He checked as quickly as he'd ever done anything in his life.

Thank goodness, his little guy was still there.

The fallen leaves bring word,

from beyond the fog,

in our homeland, the Lands Between,

the Tarnished has become Elden Lord

1. An Elden Ring fanfic with plenty of original worldbuilding. If you haven't played the game, you can read it as Western fantasy.

2. A sweet story about an overpowered, universally doted-on protagonist. No bashing any characters from the original. I love them all.

3. A delicate, soft, one-hit-kills-everything, teary little mage bottom × a ruthless, taciturn, devoted-to-his-wife Elden Lord, the male protagonist from the game

Theme: Face your tragic fate with a positive attitude
