How to Raise the Strongest Combatant in the Galaxy

Eugene's greatest wish in life was to raise a dragon.

But why had no one told him dragons were the imperial race of the Beast Empire?

Raising one would be no easier than taking on an entire empire single-handedly.

Although he had already reached No. 1 on the interstellar wanted list, even he wouldn't do something as crazy as provoking an empire.

Eugene was a little desperate, but he refused to give up.

Surely it wouldn't be a problem to raise a dragon who'd been left out in the world, and whose bloodline seemed a little... questionable?

Rock Weir, the strongest fighter of the third generation of the royal family, never imagined that the world would change after he'd spent just a hundred years wandering another realm.

Someone actually had the nerve to want to raise a dragon? Were they asking to be bitten to death?

But when he saw all the delicacies, jewels, and precious stones offered by the hapless pirate captain in front of him, the Dragon Prince hesitated.

Raising a dragon was absolutely out of the question, but the man was offering so much!

A little scene:

There's a saying: free things are the most expensive.

Eugene smiled as he calculated: As long as I keep offering him precious treasures and indulging him without limits, even a dragon will obediently come with me.

Rock smiled without a word: Once he's mine, everything he owns will be mine too.

A calculating, hyper-intelligent, black-hearted pirate captain who only wants to raise a dragon x a tsundere, ruthless, quiet clown of a dragon who only wants to take it easy.
