But sometimes the bad guy was actually pretty nice. It showed him colorful things with lots of exciting action. Yinreng watched, transfixed, and couldn't even be bothered to study.

The bad thing called them cartoons.

Yinreng's favorite cartoon was One Piece. The bare-chested man in it was always saying that he was going to be Pirate King.

Yinreng didn't know what a Pirate King was, but he admired the man's confidence.

His Imperial Father wanted him to have the bearing of a crown prince, but Yinreng didn't really understand what that meant.

That man said he would become King. The bearing of a king ought to be about the same as the bearing of a crown prince, right...?
