Question: Anyone know a really over-the-top love story?
Liu An'an: Thanks for asking. The story of how I transmigrated into the villain's cinnabar mole and ran off with the male lead's moonlight is absurdly melodramatic.
Liu An'an was the only one who managed to transmigrate after reading herself into a heart attack.
She landed in a novel she hadn't had time to read. All she knew was its title: After the Moonlight Left.
A melodramatic body-double plot. Liu An'an's face twisted.
At least she'd only become the cinnabar mole of an utterly unremarkable villain.
But the big villain looked ready to kill her at any moment, and that was enough to scare Liu An'an away.
To stay alive, she went into hiding in the human world, becoming a low-ranking wandering immortal. She also took in a pretty little fairy.
The little fairy had fair skin and red lips, a cool and aloof air, and was very hard to get along with.
Liu An'an blinked her bright, shining eyes. "Beautiful big sister, let's go out and play!"
The little fairy ignored her.
Liu An'an hugged a sesame flatbread and hopped about happily. "Beautiful big sister, have some! This flatbread is so good!"
The little fairy refused.
Liu An'an felt wronged and burst into tears. "Beautiful big sister, some kids are bullying me."
The little fairy was speechless.
In Shen Qingke's memories, Liu An'an was always reciting nameless poems.
Just like the words she once used to introduce herself:
"The peach trees bloom in glorious splendor. My name is Liu An'an."
It really had nothing to do with anything.
And yet Shen Qingke remembered that girl who turned toward the light.
"The peach blossoms belong to the past. Don't look back with regret."
P.S.
Cold and unwell moonlight x innocent and lively cinnabar mole
1. Happy ending! A very happy ending!
2. Liu An'an didn't die. She went home after completing her mission.
Theme: Going home.
