Chen Si had a seductive face and a pair of soulful eyes, yet she was cold to everyone except one little stutterer.

No matter how haltingly he spoke, she always listened to the end with a patient smile.

When she saw his shabby clothes, she took him out to buy new ones. When he couldn't cook, she cooked for him herself. She even patiently taught him to speak slowly and overcome his stutter.

But one day, the little stutterer suddenly disappeared.

Then one day, Chen Si saw him standing in front of the conference table. The little stutterer had grown into a cold, aloof man. He said nothing, his gloomy gaze sweeping over everyone but her.

He spoke so fluently while giving instructions. How could he still be a stutterer?

Feeling deeply deceived, Chen Si stormed out. Behind her, that familiar, pleasant voice suddenly called, “D-don't go. I, I...”

Everyone below finally understood. So their CEO really was a stutterer.

When Ju Ziyou was a child, he stayed with a family he didn't know. Their daughter was especially cute, and he happily followed her around every day.

“When you grow up, you'll definitely become a beautiful model, big sister!”

“Why a model?”

“Because models are all beautiful!”

More than a decade later, the little boy with the runny nose had grown up to become the head of Lancheng's leading company. Rumor had it that he was violent by nature, ruthless, and uninterested in women.

But one day, the paparazzi snapped a photo of him.

The proud man was disheveled, his earlobes flushed a tempting pink, as he clung tightly to a curvaceous woman, as if he wanted to pull her into his very body.

“W-who knows? I-I just stutter when I see you, big sister.”

“Then stop talking.”

Their lips met, and heat surged through them.
