Big Sister Is So Fierce

As the eldest legitimate daughter of the Marquis of Wu'an's household, Lu Jue had always followed her grandparents' instructions, diligently managing the household and keeping her younger siblings in line. Her heart was set on restoring the family's good name.

But on the eve of the formal betrothal, Lu Jue learned that, in the eyes of her parents, siblings, and even her fiance, she was nothing but fierce, strict, and heartless, and inferior in every way to her soft and delicate sisters.

In that case, she might as well stop caring.

Lu Jue simply let it all go and moved to the Southern Estate to live with her aunt, who lived alone.

But she hadn't expected that life at her aunt's place would be just as hectic.

"My dear girl, please help your aunt manage a few things." Her aunt, who had always doted on her, actually wheedled and pleaded, then forced an even larger portion of the Southern Estate's business into Lu Jue's hands.

She also handed over her fiance's cousin, Pei Zixi, the unruly son of Princess Jingning.

"Her Highness said to treat him just like your own little brother and discipline him as you see fit."

As the Southern Estate's business flourished, the relatives who had once looked down on Lu Jue came calling again, bringing regrets, pleas, tantrums, and every other trick in the book.

Amid all the commotion, someone also passed a message to Pei Zixi:

"With the Emperor and Empress doting on you so much, how can you let that shrewish young lady from the Lu family boss you around?"

The dazzlingly handsome young man smiled with carefree charm. "Big Sister is so fierce. I like it."
