A cold, quiet immortal venerable gong x a beautiful, domineering demon lord shou
Also known as: "I Tried to Woo the Untouchable, But the Flower Plucked Me Instead"
A story about trying to chase after your husband, only to discover that you're the one who is actually the wife (?)
Yuan Zheye, the newly appointed Demon Lord, possessed heaven-defying strength and was wild and arrogant. Wherever he went, gods and ghosts fled, and even the leaders of the immortal sects dared not provoke him lightly.
At the 308th Immortal-Demon Negotiation Summit, he met a man he fell for at first sight. But after asking around, he learned that the man had quite a reputation...
He was none other than Xuanwei, the Immortal Venerable, a legendary figure said to have laid down his sword and withdrawn from the world long ago.
Yuan Zheye sent flowers, declared his love, and tried every way he could to pursue him. But the Immortal Venerable simply wasn't interested and steadfastly refused to give him the time of day.
Yuan Zheye failed again and again. He swore he would break the man's pride with his own hands, trample his dignity, and make him submit in tears.
But somehow, things got out of hand. The one pressed into the embroidered bed curtains was none other than Yuan Zheye himself. Gu Xiao leaned close to his ear and asked in a low voice, speaking only when necessary: "Do you submit?"
Yuan Zheye could only hang his head, grit his teeth, and answer with a trembling voice full of regret: "...I-I submit!"
[Reader's Note]
It's probably a short, sweet little story.
The author's writing is terrible, the plot is old-fashioned and melodramatic, and it's full of headcanon.
There's no need to tell me specially if you drop the story. Maybe we'll meet again when my next one comes out. The road is long, but we'll meet again someday.
It's our fate in this line of work to fall in love again and again with every lovely reader who reads kindly.

Our Ye-ye may be the one chasing after him, but Gu Xiao is really, really, really devoted to him!
