Breaking into the Boss's Door in an Infinite World

Updates follow the ranking schedule.

[Notice: All players, do your best to survive and stay away from dangerous BOSSes.]

Chu Ze reads the System notification, then turns to beam at the BOSS's surveillance camera and picks the lock on the BOSS's room right under his nose.

Reader's guide: The protagonist is a hunter. He observes the layout before making his moves, so please be patient and wait for the prey.

While everyone else struggles to survive in horror instances, he sets out to win over the most dangerous man of them all.

Reach 70 affinity, and the BOSS is sealed into a card, permanently bound and carried everywhere.

1. Apartment Building No. 233

The controlling BOSS sets up a game of cat and mouse, and everyone is his prey.

Until he discovers someone who enjoys the game even more than he does.

"In this game of cat and mouse, who's the cat and who's the mouse?"

2. The Fogbound Train

The instance with the highest death rate. Blood-red eyes watch everything from deep within the fog.

"A skilled hunter often appears in the guise of prey."

3. The Upside-Down World

A connoisseur beneath the abyss.

"You, with your lowbrow taste, have been abandoned."

System: Affinity threshold reached. Seal him?

Chu Ze: Wait, I think he's started winning himself over.

1. A battle of wits and push-and-pull between the leads. Both are strong.

2. Includes livestreaming.

Theme: Walk through the abyss without becoming it.
