[Crossover] Super □□ Simulator

After players complained that the game's difficulty was hellishly unfair and asked if the game designer even played games, Qing Shui Sui furiously made ten alternate accounts overnight to argue with them in the forums. She never expected to wake up and find herself inside the very game she'd designed. It's a city-building game where players take on the role of a mayor and raise the city's Stability score by managing and developing it. Reach the required Stability rating, and you clear the game. Qing Shui Sui: "I'll show you whether game designers play games!" [System Announcement] [New York City: Just moments ago, the president of Stark Industries announced that he is Iron Man. Is this just another publicity stunt by the playboy?] [Tokyo City: Homicides keep happening in Beika City, and there are accident houses everywhere. Is it all coincidence, or is someone deliberately trying to drive down property prices?] [Tokyo City 2.0: Monsters keep landing precisely from outer space, while Ultraman hits the ground hard enough to kick up dust a hundred meters high. Road maintenance officials have resigned overnight. Who is scoring these fancy landings?] [Mako City, Midgar: Last night's avalanche destroyed Mako Reactor 1. The missing Shinra hero Sephiroth has suddenly returned, apparently ready to destroy the world?] [System: Stability -100 -100 -100--- Friendly reminder: If your Stability drops below zero, the Host will die!] Qing Shui Sui: ? Sorry, is there still time to go back and change the values? It's fine if she can't clear the game. She still has the item pool. Worst case, she can spend money on draws. Surely something will be useful. Time to splurge on a ten-pull. A flash of white light later--- NPC secret identity cards: Cleaner A at the distillery building (R), TPC Logistics Staffer B (R), Stark Industries Intern B (R), Shinra Recruit A (R) This gacha is trash. I'm done. Just destroy the world. Item cards: Ultraman transformation device (SSR), 100% Hit Buff (SR), Tony Stark's black card (SSR), Ancient Species cipher text (SR), Jenova's true form (UR) Qing Shui Sui: I think I'm feeling better now. Later, under the game ID [Qing Shui Instant Noodles], she used all kinds of secret identity cards to struggle through the game amid crime and assassination, resorting to every kind of scam and trick. After painstakingly clearing every level, just as she was about to go back and change the values--- The NPCs she'd swindled came knocking... Theme: Work hard to build a better home.
