Synopsis

[Complete] Kitahara Chiba thinks he probably isn't cut out to be a Trainer. During his League challenge, his rival beat him senseless every time and he never won once. He was even knocked out in the very first round of the tournament. He planned to start over in a different region, but got crushed again by Trainers younger than him, or who had only just set out on their journey. But when he was at his lowest, his first rival came over and told him that he'd always supported him, and that he himself had made it this far thanks to Chiba's presence. He told Chiba he had to keep going. Kitahara Chiba was deeply moved. Then they battled, and his rival beat him to a pulp once again. Watching his rival, who was obviously panicking and blurting out a confession, Kitahara Chiba thought that maybe he should just go home, inherit the family business, and get a job.
