Our guy Wei Lai, aka Cuckoo, got bound to a late-arriving Background Character System. Because the System's power was unstable, he kept hopping back and forth between worlds for the second and third time.
Other people's Systems can give them a pile of golden fingers, and that's not even the point. The least they can do is clearly tell their Hosts what the mission is. Instead, this one's entire plot is left to guesswork, and every mission is a guessing game! All it says all day long is, "Host! Hungry, hungry! Food, food! Sob sob sob!"

He left a bar carrying a kraft-paper envelope, and a big-faced guy named Camel saw him.

He turned the tables on someone trying to scam him!

When he finally looked back, he had a whole crowd of little stragglers following him.
Shuichi Akai: He has lists of undercover agents from all sorts of organizations. This genuine drink can't be allowed to live!
Hiromitsu Morofushi: He found out who I was but didn't report me. There's a chance this drink can be turned.
Rei Furuya: He saved two of my classmates. He absolutely can't be a genuine drink!
