Jiang Xia knows that, as a Child of the Sun, he will die in the endless night on the day before he comes of age.
Their god will be forced to bargain with the Heavenly Principles to save their people, and die alongside Raiden Ei's friend, Kitsune Saiguu.
Before long, the moon-faced oni girl Chiyo will be corrupted by evil spirits and turn against Raiden Ei, who will eventually cut off one of her horns and one of her arms.
The current Electro Archon, Raiden Makoto, will die on Celestia, closing her eyes forever in front of her younger sister.
Having lost everything, Raiden Ei will take things to extremes, abandon her human body, and pursue an "eternity" that will bring misery to both herself and her people.
And in the end, Enkanomiya will be swallowed by darkness. Its people will flee to the mainland and struggle to survive, while also fighting the Shogunate Army, whose members are consumed by the same hatred.
Jiang Xia won't accept this ending.
Enkanomiya, under his command, should shine with light forever. Every character he loves should get the happiest HE.
