Update schedule: I'll finish writing each volume before posting it, so if you start reading, you'll definitely get to see the end of that volume. You can consider the next volume a new story. Whether I'll start a separate story for it depends on how things go at the time.
Notice: I can't update for the time being because of my studies. I've already written three novellas to post before winter break, and I've decided to bring this story to an end. I plan to write this fanfic in two parts. The first part will focus on Ash gradually mastering battle techniques, growing more mature, and meeting some of the main characters. The second part will mainly follow Ash as he works hard at his job and on his missions. The dividing point will be when the Wataris send someone from their family to test Ash.
So there will probably be a few more chapters and some bonus stories before the first part ends. As for the second part, I expect I won't be able to write it until after I graduate.
