Saving the World in Tokusatsu

[Because this story is so long, it is divided into two parts: the main story and the next-generation story. The romance is in the second, next-generation part! The main story focuses on friendship.] * The boy named Kazematsuri Seiji had thought more than once about what it meant to protect someone. Is it right to interfere in another person's life? Like the trap in the trolley problem, if you don't intervene, you're innocent; the moment you try to save someone, you become guilty. He had wondered about this long, long ago. Beneath a bright and shining kingdom, a boy named Lydia had much the same doubts. He dreamed of becoming a hero like his adoptive father. Guided by his seniors, he also wondered whether he was truly suited to be a hero, or whether being a hero meant not thinking at all and simply following the justice in one's heart. Perhaps it would take a long time to find the answer. Fighting alongside a light from thirty million years ago, losing his powers and falling to Earth as someone who needed protection, putting on a summoned suit of armor and arguing with his companions about how to protect others, receiving Earth's blessing and protecting the planet with the light of Earth... Perhaps his wanderings through different worlds would not help him find the answer. But he knew that his heart had become more certain. Note: 1. Content warning: The early writing style is rather oppressive, and not every character in the story is saved. Read with caution. 2. The protagonist is meant to be a character who grows over time. His original world is the world of Little Stray Dog; not having read it will not affect your enjoyment. 3. The protagonist follows the old version of the setting, where the human host and Ultraman become one. 4. Starting with the world of Ultraman Tiga, the story will include Kamen Rider Kabuto from the Kamen Rider franchise. 5. The pairing is chosen from the Ultraman characters without official partners, but the romance is in the second, next-generation part. The main story is friendship-focused, but feel free to ship anyone. 6. The timeline may have errors; I can't keep it straight. If something is wrong, just consider it a heavily altered personal setting x 7. If you're dropping the story, please don't tell me. Criticism is welcome, but if something feels unreasonable or doesn't suit your tastes, please point it out calmly. Writing powered by love makes it easy to lose confidence... Theme: Courage, protection, and hope are humanity's most precious qualities.
