[Novel Blurb]
The comic Immortal Descent, whose fans across the internet have been clamoring for updates, posted a new announcement: the author, Yan, will soon be taking the national college entrance exam, so updates will pause for three months.
The news sent the whole internet into an uproar.
Netizen A: I've been following Master Yan for seven years, and you're telling me he hasn't even taken the entrance exam yet?
Netizen B: ...Doesn't that mean he's still underage?
Everyone: Turns out I'm just here to make up the numbers in this world.
Scene 1
When he was nine.
In the middle of the night, Chu Yan went door to door, looking for A Yao, who had gone missing.
Lights gradually came on throughout the pitch-black village.
One house, three houses, five houses...
That night, he brought the stars in the sky down to earth.
Scene 2
After Chu Yan won the gold medal at the 24th National Youth Taekwondo Championship.
A reporter asked, "Why did you decide to learn taekwondo?"
Chu Yan: "She wanted me to be able to protect myself."
Chu Xingyao, standing beside him, wanted to ruffle his hair.
Chu Yan bent down toward her of his own accord.
The camera clicked, capturing the moment.
