Waiting for the Roses

Tentative ideas: 1. Years later, Jin Liquor still entered that organization and came face-to-face with his former companions. "Vermouth." The blonde woman was as radiant and beautiful as ever, like a rose in full bloom. Just as she had been more than twenty years ago. "Didn't you run off with your little lover, Jin?" Vermouth leaned against the bar, slowly exhaling a thin plume of smoke. Her cold green eyes held no reflection of Jin Liquor. Where was Chen? The silver-haired man rubbed the pink gemstone hair clip in his sleeve. His dark green wolf eyes fixed on the blonde woman. "Vermouth, Chen is dead." Because of the organization's experiments, his body had collapsed and he had died years later. "Then why did you come back?" "Revenge." 2. "Brother, won't you rest before you go?" "No. I don't want someone taking advantage of my absence." The snow-haired man swept back his bangs, revealing a strikingly beautiful face. Deep blue eyes gleamed like precious gems. "Let's go." "Should I bring anything?" "Wasn't there a spare-body storage facility?" Setting: 1. Gin, Chen, and Vermouth were experimental subjects from the same batch. After Chen escaped with Gin, his body collapsed and he died. 2. A cold, emotionally numb widow Gin who has lost most of his feelings. 3. A story about spare bodies surrounding Gin, living in a world created by Chen. Theme: I've prepared myself for the characters being out of character.
