I Want to Mark My Brother

Blurb: An enigma is a sixth gender capable of turning an alpha into its exclusive omega. Chu Mu always thought the legendary sixth gender existed only in books. He never imagined that one day Gu Lin would show up before him with official proof of his sixth-gender status. Gu Lin was Chu Mu's childhood friend, and also his fiance. Yet this so-called fiance was almost ten years younger than him. Thirteen years ago, when Gu Lin was first brought before Chu Mu, Chu Mu had given him nothing but a coolly dismissive look over his shoulder and a scornful snort. "Get lost. Don't bother me." The little boy had been so frightened that his eyes turned red. He hid timidly behind the adults, stubbornly holding back his tears as he called out to him in a small, aggrieved voice: "B-Brother Mu..." Though Chu Mu was deeply unwilling, Gu Lin still barged into his life. It wasn't until Chu Mu got the results confirming his differentiation as a top-tier alpha that Gu Lin reluctantly withdrew from his life. Chu Mu had thought their connection ended there. Who could have guessed that Gu Lin would appear before him again? The child had long since grown into a handsome young man, elegant and aloof. A frosty aura radiated from him, and the cold fragrance of red plum blossoms in his pheromones filled the room, making Chu Mu's legs go weak. He snapped, "Gu Lin! Control your pheromones." Gu Lin didn't seem to care. Instead, he reached out and pulled Chu Mu close, rubbing against his gland as he spoke in a restrained, yearning voice: "You're mine. You can only belong to me. I... I want to mark you, Brother Mu..." Illustration used with permission: Shaohua Meng, Yan Chi Theme: Age isn't the issue. Height is what separates us.
