[Crossover] I Can Never Get a Happy Ending in Otome Games

Warning! There is absolutely no happy ending route.

This work isn't meant to be analyzed too deeply. It's just something the author wrote out of boredom. Please forgive me.

Blurb:

In a not particularly spacious bedroom, I gazed at the otome game playing in the room's full-dive system.

My long black hair partly obscured my vision. I checked the walkthrough on my phone and cried out in despair, "Damn it, why?! Does this lousy game even have a happy ending route?!"

Exhausted, I sat on a sofa with springs already poking out and picked up a pen, feeling nothing but emptiness.

The realism of the full-dive game made me feel like I was no longer myself.

Tears fell one by one, and on the yellowed pages, damp before I even noticed, I wrote words as childish as could be: I hope they can find true happiness.

I put down my phone and returned to the world that belonged only to us.
