God, Please Save Me [Reborn]

The third time, Qiu Ye left Gu Yan Hui behind for Chen Ran.

Gu Yan Hui stood in the rain all night. At dawn, he saw Qiu Ye had posted a lot of updates on her social media: they had gone to a music festival, they had gone camping on a mountaintop.

From that day on, the young master of the Gu family, who had always followed Qiu Ye around, stopped following her. That was also the day Gu Yan Hui left Haicheng. The two of them never spoke again.

When he returned, it was already five years later. He watched coldly as Qiu Ye broke with her family for Chen Ran, watched coldly as Chen Ran shoved Qiu Ye again and again in the street.

In the end, Gu Yan Hui saw Qiu Ye appear at his doorstep, tears in her eyes and her rims red. He walked past her with a cold expression and went inside, then rushed back out and dragged her inside when she tried to leave.

Qiu Ye loves freedom and everything unlike the environment she grew up in.

So she cannot stand Gu Yan Hui, who was raised as an heir just like her own older brother, following every rule. She cannot stand that he goes to bed at ten every night and gets up at five every morning. To her, he is like a robot.

When an unruly young man with a guitar barged into her life, Qiu Ye thought she had found love.

But that love was fragile, and after just five years, it had fallen apart.

Qiu Ye went to Gu Yan Hui for Chen Ran, but she never expected that from that day on, Gu Yan Hui would keep her confined in his home, while Chen Ran was beaten until he was barely alive.
