[Harry Potter] Orange Hard Candy

Cheetahs are very unique animals.

They have the lion's courage and the eagle's keen gaze, as well as the badger's patience and the python's ruthlessness.

Just as Leiper herself said:

"I believe I have the courage of Gryffindor, the loyalty of Hufflepuff, and the ambition of Slytherin. But if I honestly examine myself, as someone who values reason above all, Ravenclaw suits me best."

Because she was rational, she waited three years.

Because she was rational, she rejected everyone's advances.

And because she was rational, she finally got the chance to execute the culprit with her own hands.

"This is what you deserve, for all the years I've spent enduring this, and for the dozen or so letters returned because their recipient had died."

Thankfully, Merlin be praised.

Even when life is hard, happiness still finds its way in,

like the sweet-and-sour orange hard candy the girl used to eat as a child.

Theme: Those who bring laughter to others deserve happiness most of all.
