Xun Nanfeng refused to believe it. He went up to him and lifted the monk's chin with his jade-like hand.
Suddenly, he grinned. "Chunrong, I've finally found your weakness."
Chunrong had taken refuge in Buddhism as a child and devoted himself to its teachings, yet his master said he was still tied to the mortal world.
But he was an orphan. What ties to the mortal world could he possibly have?
After three years traveling through the mortal world, he caught a glimpse of a brash, arrogant young nobleman.
He never expected that the man would be the crown prince of the Demon Realm.
The Demon Realm was a den of monsters. Even a saint would come out with a layer of skin peeled off.
Seeing that the young prince still had a conscience and a good nature, Chunrong felt compassion for him.
And so he undertook three years of ascetic practice, all for one person.
