[Blurb]
Lin Ying, a famous insider across the lands, became an immortal cultivator through connections.
She has always had a pretty good opinion of herself.
Until one day, she woke up in someone else's body, inhabiting a female corpse awaiting burial outside Jiangzhou City.
She had lost her identity and changed her appearance. Heavenly treasures had nothing to do with her, magical artifacts no longer obeyed her, and she no longer had attendants hanging on her every word. Her family's hereditary servants had long since had enough of her and were ready to rebel.
Fine. First, she'd recruit a petty criminal passing by as a subordinate, then figure out the rest.
The petty criminal is thoughtful and attentive. He can take on the three realms single-handedly, or sit hand in hand and do her eyebrows. He doesn't even ask for wages, helping her get out of danger and through every crisis, step by step.
Born with an enviable fate, Lin Ying attracts jealousy and resentment at every turn, yet grows ever more troubled, even going out of her way to escape it all.
"What exactly are you unhappy about with the way things are?"
Lin Ying has a headache. "Lately, I feel like he's done so much that I won't be able to keep him in check soon. What should I do?"
A rebel leader who is forced into rebellion and loves peace, the male lead, versus the younger sister of the rival who drove him to rebel.
A fallen princess stumbles into her enemy's arms, completely unaware.
Zuo Ci, who plays the pig to eat the tiger, smiles brightly. "Your Highness, your brother is up ahead weathering a heavenly tribulation. We should hurry over there while we still have time. What are we waiting for?"

[Blurb for my next novel, Spring Branch Trembles:]
In her previous life, Meng Chunzhi fought to the bitter end, but still couldn't escape being forced into a bridal sedan chair and sent away for a political marriage. Less than three months after her wedding, she was buried alive as a funeral sacrifice.
In this life, the same imperial edict lies before her. Meng Chunzhi looks at the cold-faced general sent to escort her, obediently accepts the decree, and smiles sweetly.
"The State of Zhao has sent a hero like you to escort me, which shows how much they value me. I am most fortunate, and I am willing to follow the decree and set out with you at once."
The general before her is none other than the future founding emperor. If she can get close to him, no matter how desperate her predicament, he'll surely be able to resolve it.
Along the road to the political marriage, Meng Chunzhi pulls out every trick she knows to seduce him.
But the more time she spends with Zuo Ji, the more she discovers that he's cold-hearted through and through. Even after they become intimate, he remains steadfast in his ambitions, and her hopes keep dwindling.
Even if he can't let her escape with her life, surely, given how long they've been entangled, he can at least delay the journey until after King Zhao dies, so she won't have to be buried with him.
Zuo Ji isn't stupid. He sees right through Meng Chunzhi's intentions.
She blows hot and cold, lies constantly, and seduces him only to escape the political marriage and delay the journey. She doesn't truly care for him at all.
But she's so beautiful that he can't help being tempted. Still, a little fun is one thing; he knows where to draw the line. When the day comes, he resolutely sends her into the Zhao palace.
At that moment, Meng Chunzhi finally understands: even if he is the founding emperor of a later age, so what? He is neither her savior nor the man for her.
After entering the palace, Meng Chunzhi carefully navigates the different factions at every turn, afraid that anyone might catch her making the slightest mistake. She lives cautiously and anxiously.
When she sees Zuo Ji again, she treats him like a stranger and pretends not to know him.
Yet on the night she is summoned to the emperor's bedchamber, he crawls into the inner palace through a secret passage. Disheveled and surrounded by danger, he forcibly corners her against a wall, his eyes bloodshot as he begs: Don't go to his bed! Come with me! I'll marry you!
With the third prince on the roof beam, the crown prince under the bed, and armed guards in the wardrobe, Meng Chunzhi's thoughts are a tangled mess. "Go! You're drunk and talking nonsense. I don't even know you!"
[The clever, brave, universally adored heroine versus the outwardly cold but warm-hearted, devoted warrior hero.]

Theme: Believe in your own worth.
If there is a word limit on the rating, just post it here. Four stars overall, but five stars for the author. (Because it can be seen that the concept is rigorous and logical, the characters are outstanding, etc.) The characters each have their own merits, and each person's experience is very touching and exciting. The highlights make people cry. Only the emotional line between the male and female protagonists is slightly lacking. Both of them have great love for the common people, but their personalities do not have to be so gentle. We can learn from the two male protagonists in Chen Qingling. They also have a deep love for the common people. Although they have great love, it does not affect the contrast between their personalities. Lin Ying still has a little daughter-like attitude, while the male protagonist's gentleness almost hides his strength. So after watching it, I prefer a ruthless person like Lin Yinlu. He does whatever it takes to get everything in the end. Although it is annoying, I have to admit that he is an excellent opponent. I prefer the pairing of Ye Yongshi and Xie Xiuzhu among the couples in the whole text. After going through so much, I would like to thank the author for letting them be together. I am really happy to see the ending. The other characters are also outstanding. Most of them have grown up to varying degrees because of this catastrophe, but they have not yet fully grown up. I don't know if there will be a second part in the future. This framework is really worth writing a second part.
Such deep fatherly love. After watching it, I came back to make up for it. I was really moved by it.
Thanks to the limited exemption, I fell in love with this article but I didn't finish it [heartbroken] Will the author continue to do this kind of activities in the future [changed]
Ahaha, the puppy is really afraid that Yingying will not want him
I want to relive it and found it is on the shelves [Hands together]
The male protagonist with this kind of character is really fresh and interesting. I am tired of seeing those paranoid/cold characters XD (I don't mean to say that those characters are bad, it's just that I am tired of seeing them and have a strong desire to survive)
It's hilarious, Lan Zimu's performance in this chapter is wonderful
Ah ah ah ah, baby's little movements are so cute
Ah ah ah ah ah couple rings 😍
Ah ah ah ah ah ah kiss
