A Family of Four's Survival Notes from the Apocalypse

One day, my sister discovered that her husband might be cheating, and the other woman was one of his coworkers.

She immediately dropped everything at work and charged over to his workplace, ready to make a scene.

To keep anyone from getting killed (mostly because I was afraid my sister might murder her husband), I hurried after her.

I never expected that I wouldn't see the other woman at all. Instead, my brother-in-law seemed to have rabies, lunging at me with bloodshot eyes as if he wanted to bite me. Thankfully, my sister immediately knocked him to the ground with her briefcase.

My sister, nervous but composed: "I didn't think the brick in my bag would come in handy."

Me, stunned: "Huh?? Sis, you brought a brick with you?? No, that's not the point! Your husband isn't dead (not that I wanted him dead), I mean, run! He's not acting normal!!"

We ran home, never imagining that the apocalypse would quietly arrive on a beautiful, sunny day!

It took me two whole days to realize... Oh my god! My brother-in-law didn't have rabies, he'd turned into a zombie!!

In the city, a family of four struggles to survive!

There's a lazy younger sister who can't tell grains from vegetables and writes full-time.

There's a hardworking older sister with a 996 schedule, gentle and kind (?) but also domineering.

There's a beautiful mother with lots of hobbies who seems to get younger with every passing year.

And there's an easygoing father who cheerfully does his share and holds the title of King of Betting.

Let's see how long this family can survive.

P.S.

1. This story is told in first person.

2. The whole family survives.

3. This is a serious story with a bit of a goofy feel.

4. I haven't thought of anything else yet.
