Blurb 1:

On the first day of the new year, aspiring voice actress Cheng Shuer suffers two misfortunes.

First, she breaks her leg.

Second, at the hospital, she runs into her sworn enemy from high school, Lian Huan.

Gone is the boyish look of his youth. The man wears a white coat, his chin slightly lowered, the joints of his writing hand prominent. Several silk banners hang on the clinic wall: [Miraculous Healing] [A Master of Medicine] [Dr. Lian, thank you for saving my life.]

Cheng Shuer: "...You peacock!"

Lian Huan looks up from her medical file, scowls at her, and curls his lip.

"You can't tell humans from animals. I suggest you take a left and get a CT scan in radiology."

"!"

#Years later, her sworn enemy is still just as annoying#

Blurb 2:

Despite her broken leg, Cheng Shuer diligently keeps rehearsing while ill, voicing all kinds of sweet campus stories and melodramatic romances about wealthy families.

"His towering figure pinned me in the corner, his eyes glowing red."

"He bent down and whispered to me..."

"Kiss me once, and I'll give you my life."

Just then, the door opens and Lian Huan walks in, glancing at her.

"Deal."

"?"

#He needs to realize she's reading lines, not confessing to him#

Eight years ago, everyone at Yufu No. 2 High School knew that Cheng Shuer and Lian Huan were sworn enemies through and through.

But no one knew that one stormy summer night, he held an umbrella over her and sheltered her from the torrential rain.

Like a wild, girlish dream.
