Originally titled Rupert's Drop, also known as The Bumpy Love Story of a Parachuted-In Boss and a Second-Generation Rich Kid Taking Over the Job.

Aloof, secretly passionate criminal investigation captain, the bottom X domineering, talkative second-generation-rich-kid deputy captain, the top

Genres: Younger man, two police officers, criminal investigation and deduction.

Jian Tanzhe, a pillar of the neighboring city's detective force, was poached by the head of Fengyuan City Police Bureau and parachuted in as the head of the criminal investigation team.

The original captain stepped down from the front line for personal reasons. Xiu Yi, the deputy captain, had been ready to take over for a long time, but Jian Tanzhe's sudden arrival threw a wrench in the works. From then on, conflict between the two was inevitable.

Jian Tanzhe grew up in an ordinary family and has always looked down on the character and conduct of rich kids.

Xiu Yi is a bona fide rich second-generation heir and trust-fund kid who earned his position through his own abilities. He despises people who get into the police force through connections, yet that's exactly how he sees Jian Tanzhe.

They keep stepping on each other's sore spots.

And yet, these two people who loathe each other to the extreme somehow muddle their way into a relationship.

Xiu Yi: "Captain Jian, I've been plotting to win you over for a long time."

Jian Tanzhe: "Xiu Yi, you got what you wanted."

Their relationship is like vitamin C meeting iodine solution: calm on the surface, but roiling beneath.
