Secondhand Roses

If possible, I would also like to be an insignificant ant among the masses, busy all week and off on weekends, barbecuing in the backyard with a couple of friends.

Upright interstellar police Alpha top X street beauty Omega bottom

A few things to note:

1. The bottom really was a streetwalker, not just a figure of speech. The series of "I had no choice before, but now I want to be a good person."

2. Their pheromones are a 100% match.

3. The bottom later becomes a sweet, domestic type.

Set in an interstellar ABO world. The bottom is beautiful, and grew up in a remote, lawless backwater without parents. He had no choice and became a streetwalker long ago. The top is a police officer from the capital planet, initially assigned to bust prostitution. The bottom is controlled by a pimp and has a slight drug dependency, which he later overcomes. After getting together with the top, he becomes a gentle, domestic type.

A melodramatic story, but I’ll try not to make it too dark.

I think it’s a little sweet treat. If this is a dealbreaker for you, please don’t read.
