[This one is giving me serious writer's block, so it won't update daily. I'll post as I finish it. The only thing I can promise is that I won't abandon it (kneels gently).]
[The original premise just isn't coming together, so I have to change it. Sorry to everyone who's been waiting (bows).]
[Blurb below]
Gu Ruisheng spent two years lounging around at home after graduating, then unexpectedly transmigrated into an Outer God.
The good news: He hasn't gone mad. Yet.
The bad news: As an ordinary human, he obviously can't beat an Outer God. So the Outer God is still around, still in control, and has discovered him.
#LMAO what the hell is the point of this#
Fortunately, Gu Ruisheng soon realized that this Outer God had no emotions and didn't care at all about having another consciousness inside it.
And so, his failed attempt at possession turned into a friendly (?) parasitism. Refusing to sit around and wait for death, Gu Ruisheng kept a low profile and slowly grew stronger, embarking on a long journey of mooching off the Outer God.
The Outer God didn't object to Gu Ruisheng quietly gathering the energy spilling from its body. Together, he and the being passed through black holes, witnessed countless civilizations rise and fall, and observed supernovae exploding.
After several hundred million years of living in peace, Gu Ruisheng spotted a familiar blue planet.
He dusted himself off and said goodbye to the Outer God.
Later, he discovered that a nasty thing was lurking on Earth, and the planet was about to be done for.
Furious, he charged forward to fight it.
Then the nasty thing died, and so did he.
Then he came back to life.
At first, he was an unemployed college graduate radiating pure, innocent stupidity. Later, he became the Outer God's little shadow (literally).
Now he is
[The last gravekeeper of the Sleeping Era
The surgeon stitching together the shattered timeline
The midwife of a new century
The great Father God who forged the remains of the Old Ones into a protective dome]
Gu Ruisheng: ...
Huh?
Though he had no idea what exactly had happened, being alive was better than being dead. Gu Ruisheng quickly adjusted his mindset, put the past behind him, and devoted himself to rebuilding his home and making sure the nasty thing stayed dead for good.
But some things happened along the way that Gu Ruisheng had never expected.
This Outer God, supposedly utterly rational and devoid of emotion...
Why have you followed me here, piece by piece?
[Please Read]
1. This is a serious story. Depending on your tolerance, there may be angst, but I promise a happy ending. Romance plays a major role, and it's a slow burn.
2. Though I call it an Outer God, I'm not good at writing cosmic horror, so you can think of it as some kind of long-lived alien with supernatural abilities.
3. 1v1, both are virgins and each other's first love
4. The gong is not a conventional one, and is split into pieces
5. The cover uses a purchased template
6. Comments are open. Add the novel to your favorites to leave a comment
7. I'll add more if I think of anything

"[Book Transmigration] So You Really Do Like Me"
["I don't care, I'm going to act!" Ambitious, acting-obsessed shou who climbs his way to the top × Devoted gong who believes that if he keeps giving his sincere love, it will eventually be understood, thinks they're mutually in love halfway through, and nearly waits until divorce]
Shi Jingshuang is a minor actor, way below the eighteenth tier of the entertainment industry. He loves acting, has exceptional skill, and is strikingly beautiful, but he offended someone because of his personality. He's never been popular, and can only get bit parts.
One day, he unexpectedly transmigrates into a book and becomes the male wife the protagonist gong married under an agreement to fend off pressure to marry.
In the story, his main purpose is to fend off the gong's admirers, serve as a tool to make the protagonist shou jealous, and finally, because he's too greedy and refuses to step aside, cross the line into crime and spend the rest of his life in prison.
Shi Jingshuang looks over the script, then at the protagonist gong's impressive connections. He completely ignores all the messy romantic entanglements and gets to the heart of the matter: If he had a powerful background too, could he finally focus on acting? He doesn't need much help. It would be enough for everyone to start on equal footing and compete fairly.
Grateful for the chance to finally act properly, Shi Jingshuang conscientiously picks up the role assigned to him in the original story, with a few adjustments so he doesn't wind up in prison.
The protagonist gong's admirers? Every one of the ones with a part is a beautiful, rich heiress. He should get along with them.
The protagonist shou? He's the future genius screenwriter, according to the script itself. He should build a good relationship with him.
Even when Fu Wenyu drags him off with a dark expression, Shi Jingshuang still remembers to think: Making the protagonist gong jealous can help their relationship, too. Nothing wrong with that.
Later, Fu Wenyu publicly declares their marriage, and Shi Jingshuang looks at the protagonist shou's dark face in the audience. Though he thinks the protagonist gong's move is a little extreme this time, he still nods repeatedly with consummate professionalism. "That's right, that's right."
This life, which seemed a little off but was otherwise peaceful enough, continued until Shi Jingshuang accepted a new script.
To Shi Jingshuang, acting is everything. It's an extension of his soul.
In other words, he can't act out emotions he hasn't experienced himself.
Unable to find the passionate romance the script calls for, Shi Jingshuang decides to divorce Fu Wenyu and find someone for an earth-shattering love affair.
But before he can put his plan into action, Fu Wenyu smothers it in its cradle.
"I won't agree."
Held tightly in the man's arms, Shi Jingshuang feels his ribs are about to snap, and only belatedly realizes
Ah.
So you really do like me.
Theme: Only those who endure hardship can rise above others
I suggest you play more face pinching games, hahaha
What kind of double-door refrigerator, face as sharp as a knife, eyes as bright as cold stars... Hahahahahahahaha [dog head]
From God, so no one thinks that the Holy Essence is a clone and an independent individual.
Pfft... Add abstract description to the already abstract craftsmanship?
Are you trying to pinch your face at the beginning of the game or for a novice? It will pinch you what you want to do, and what do you want to do with the second slice? This is the first emotion that is cut out [Chigua]
I immediately thought of Yug and Naia
After reading a little bit, why do I feel that Thousand Faces of Chaos Seed is pursuing cp? ? ? [Eh~]
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha From then on, I will be called stupid [laughing]
