Note: The game is so fun that updates might not be daily.
A dead friend suddenly shows up and attacks me. What should I do?
Ruozaki Sasa, who thought she'd grown used to everything and had started slacking off, is pushed ever closer to the truth by all kinds of incidents and the people around her.
But I really am slacking off. I'm not pretending!!!
Ruozaki Sasa: Thanks for asking. I can't say much because I'm involved. I'm just an ordinary Tokyo police officer... Maybe not so ordinary. My other identity is as a public security officer temporarily assigned to Zero.
I'm pretty familiar with a few local detectives who keep running into murder cases. Some new figure has turned up in the underworld lately, and it seems they're an old friend of mine.
But I really don't want to get involved in anything anymore. I just want an ordinary life, clocking in and out of work every day. Somehow, though, life seems full of surprises and accidents.
One day, I realize that everyone I know seems to have a past they don't want anyone to know about.
And a whole bunch of secret identities.
Hello? Are you all pretending?
Before Ruozaki Sasa left home, life was calm and uneventful, and trivial matters weren't worth mentioning. He rarely showed the rebelliousness of adolescence, choosing instead to keep quiet.
When did this peaceful life begin to change?
When he finally rebelled for once and got accepted into the police academy, he had no idea what a chain of events would follow.
The day he entered the school gates, the weather was bright and the air was full of carefree energy. He had no interest in having fun or making friends, but somehow, his everyday life gained a little more color.
Technology continues to advance rapidly, and people's lives keep improving, but crime has yet to disappear.
One day, Ruozaki Sasa receives a very strange case. During the subsequent investigation, he discovers that the victim's movements before their death always included one particular piece of music: Chopin's Nocturne.
The case is like a lit fuse, and more and more similar cases keep appearing around him.
Every time he looks through the events, he catches sight of the shadow of one person. It's a story he doesn't want to bring up, yet it holds the cause and effect behind everything. Like an invisible abyss, he could be swallowed up if he looked into it, or he could find his way out of this mire.
When you keep losing things, how do you go on living?
By the time Ruozaki Sasa wakes up, he's already on a train heading to Hokkaido.
Without him realizing it, a new story is slowly beginning.
[Did we make everything difficult? But we're also the ones who made it possible.]

Content warnings:
1. The protagonist's background comes from a tabletop roleplaying fanfic, with original campaign material and related expansions [lots of headcanon]. NPC names and plot details have been changed to avoid spoilers. You don't need to play tabletop games to enjoy this, though some plot points follow the original scenario. Please don't mention this story elsewhere.
2. Although this is a Detective Conan story, the protagonist doesn't follow the main plot. It's essentially a slice-of-life story. He's slacking off!
3. The technology level is assumed to be that of 2020, and I'll fix any plot holes in the logic.
4. Since the Conan timeline has already begun when the story starts, some people can't be saved. I'm very sorry.
5. The protagonist has no System and doesn't transmigrate. There are original characters, quite a lot of them, but they won't change the original story's main plot at all.
6. This is my first time writing fanfiction, so please forgive any out-of-character moments.
I'm no good at writing blurbs. Thanks for reading this rambling.
I want to write a story about an ordinary person, even though he's not ordinary in his role as the [protagonist].
Theme: We will all become the best versions of ourselves
Forget this kind of writing guidance, online writing is just writing on the Internet! In terms of style, the Chinese teacher might as well teach physical education. Just write your own, just accept the positive interaction and just listen to the style advice. You are unique!
Please save, can you let the deceased rest in peace? Some people always prepare some relief documents to whip the corpses, and the main text of the comic is that they are dead after all.
Looks good, come on, madam!
I didn't come back today (melancholy)
There is a kind of melancholic beauty in the words written by my wife, which blends well with the poems. Please don't care about other people's opinions and just write according to your own heart!
Wuwuwuwu, madam, are you coming back?
I had a nightmare for two days after watching The Shining and A Quiet Place TAT
Come on, author, remember to catch bugs → "Frowning and whispering to you"
Sorry, ff14 is so fun. I must write it on the weekend.
Write it down, the feeling of floating quietly in the water
