On his way home, Le Yu is pulled into an infinite horror game filled with spine-chilling monsters, malicious players, and a bloodthirsty final boss. He has to clear every stage to escape!
In a room, Le Yu looks at the words flashing across the small screen in front of him, calmly pulls a stack of scrap paper out of his schoolbag, and starts doing his homework. His handwriting, though, is even harder to read than a ghost's scrawl.
Livestream viewer 1: Don't they say handwriting reflects the writer? What on earth is this? What a waste of a pretty face!
Viewer 2: He's still in his senior year of high school. Can he even take an exam with handwriting like that? Give him a zero!
Viewer 3: Even doctors would be terrified to see this handwriting. You'd have to spin it in a washing machine two hundred times to get something like this.
Le Yu scribbles away across more than ten pages, then casually tosses them around himself.
Just then, long black hair slowly descends from above like a waterfall.
Viewer 4: It's here, the dungeon's deadly beauty! She loves pretty boys most of all. She'll wrap players up in her hair and make them look at her terrifying face as they suffocate to death. The new-player death rate is 90 percent.
In the real world, the deadly beauty notices that he isn't looking at her. Curious, she glances over, then freezes. Wh-what is this?
The deadly beauty suddenly feels dizzy, as if she's being sucked into a black hole. She drops from the ceiling and passes out.
Viewer: You can do that? Can I get a few sheets as talismans?
And what surprises the audience even more is that, as the stages get harder, these ghostly scribbles actually deal damage to NPCs.
From then on, every NPC and player in the game knows of this godlike presence. Everyone scrambles for his scrap paper, and even a tiny corner can be useful.
The final boss, Guan Jie, sits on a massive throne, holding a piece of scrap paper. "I want to see what kind of thing dares to throw its weight around in my territory!"
Ten minutes later, Guan Jie turns to his subordinate and says, "My name is written all over this. Does he have a crush on me?"
Le Yu: I think you're blind...
