The Matchmaking Chronicles

Xu Xilu transmigrated.

The good news: she had been reborn as a pampered young lady of a distinguished family.

The bad news: she had brought along the face blindness she suffered from in her previous life.

Now that she had reached marriageable age, her family began looking for a husband for her. Unable to recognize people by their faces, Xu Xilu had to choose based on attractive clothing and a pleasant scent.

The first man she fell for was the young gentleman who came to her rescue in the Liu Garden, sparing her the humiliation of making a fool of herself in front of everyone.

Unfortunately, her proposal was rejected.

The second man she fell for was the young gentleman who carried a lantern for her on Lantern Festival night, protected her from a fight, and escorted her all the way home.

But once again, her proposal was rejected.

When she laid eyes on the third young gentleman she admired, before she could even speak, he swept his sleeve aside and smiled. "It seems Fourth Miss Xu really is smitten with me. You've proposed to my Yuan family twice already. Are you going to propose a third time?"

Xu Xilu froze, then blushed with embarrassment. So all three times, it was you, Young Master Yuan!

Yuan Yingzhi: ...

Later, after learning why Xu Xilu was face-blind, Yuan Yingzhi became smug and haughty.

That's right, my lady, you chose well!

The most handsome and unparalleled gentleman in the capital is your husband, me, Yuan Sixth!
