Whose Baby Is the Scumbag Top Carrying?

Zha Suyin has the Zha family behind him, doting parents, an indulgent older brother, and outstanding looks. The makings of a top-tier scumbag. How could he not live up to them? On his twenty-third birthday, Zha Suyin threw a grand party. The scene that day was utter chaos, and Zha Suyin's grin was utterly brazen. No one else would throw a party for their ex-boyfriends, and no one else had a crowd of exes as large as his, enough to randomly invite a hundred lucky former lovers. After a night of debauchery, competition, and hormones running wild, Zha Suyin woke up in an unfamiliar bed. The liquor bottles were empty, the bill had been paid, and his memory was gone. Three messages awaited him on WeChat, a chat he kept just for his friends. They were from: Zhou Qingyuan, his buddy since childhood, who grew up sharing everything with him. The Zha family's favorite junior, he seemed refined and polite on the surface, but was really a beast in fine clothes; Chen Ke, the ex he'd had the ugliest breakup with. Before they got together, Zha Suyin thought their relationship would be passionate and intense. Afterward, he discovered Chen Ke expected him to be the bottom. They got into a fight, and neither of them backed down; Gu Ying, the unattainable beauty he'd pursued for the longest without ever winning over. Zha Suyin had gone to great lengths to get close to this aloof heartthrob of the entertainment industry, only for Gu Ying to say he was straight. Not one of those three was any good. Zha Suyin didn't reply to a single message. The next day, he threw himself back into the dating scene. A week later, Zha Suyin had no appetite for the soup his first lover made, so he broke up and found someone new; Two weeks later, the perfume worn by his second lover made him dizzy, so he broke up and found someone new; A month later, Zha Suyin was pretty happy with his third lover, but he still had no appetite, a sore back, and dizzy spells, and he was throwing up constantly... This time, before he could break up and find someone new, Zha Suyin fainted and was taken to the hospital. Zha Suyin: "Honestly, how many days do I have left?" Doctor: "Nine months." Zha Suyin: "That's quite a while..." Doctor: "The baby's due in April next year. Have the father come in to sign the paperwork." From that moment on, a notorious scumbag top in the capital fell, and a single pregnant father-to-be who'd gotten himself into trouble stood up in his place. As the days went by, Zha Suyin gazed at his belly and groaned, "Damn it, whose doing is this!!!" Reader's Guide: 1. The top hasn't been assaulted, and there are no childbirth scenes; 2. The top really is a scumbag with a terrible attitude toward love, but this is a one-on-one romance; 3. A melodramatic, slapstick urban romance, also known as A Guy Has to Protect Himself When He's Out Alone, Too; 4. Nothing else comes to mind for now. I'll add more later.
