You suddenly transmigrate to a strange land.
You also have an ill-intentioned System with you.
System: You are the queen of this country. Your kingdom is in peril, and your mission is to save it.
You: Then where's my golden finger?
System: Your beauty is your weapon. You'll use it to conquer your subjects.
But what you don't yet know is that your subordinates are a pack of true "wolves and tigers."
And you're the only human in the kingdom.
Beneath their impeccable clothes lie sharp claws and fangs. Their bowed heads are a tempting illusion of submission. Beneath those beautiful faces lurk ambitions like wolves, coveting their noble queen and her kingdom.
The queen's throne is in grave danger.
For the sake of your kingdom, you take a dangerous gamble and seduce the loyal silver-wolf commander of the knights.
The beasts think you're his prey, but they don't know...
The real hunter wears a perfect disguise.
Feed yourself to the beasts, and claim an endless realm.
You are the king of all beasts.
My dears, I'm finally writing again! I want to try a new genre, so I'm starting with this story. Only the blurb is written in second person. The male leads are all human forms of different animals. If that sounds interesting, please follow the story~
Note: The heroine is a growth-oriented, universally adored type, and everyone has a one-sided crush on her~
Mm~ I think it'll be a wish-fulfillment story~
One-on-one ending
----------Next book, preorder 1---------Doomsday Hero
In the year 3106, the empire is in turmoil, beset by internal and external threats, when an enemy nation suddenly launches a massive invasion.
Just as the empire's grand edifice seems about to topple and collapse, a small squad appears on the battlefield between the two nations as if sent from Heaven. They strike straight at the enemy's command center, forcing the enemy troops to retreat again and again and finally giving the empire a chance to catch its breath.
That squad is nearly wiped out. Only one person survives.
Moved by the squad's sacrifice, the empire's new king awards the survivor the King's Medal. But on the day of the ceremony, she suddenly disappears without a trace, as if she had vanished from the face of the earth.
Ten years have passed since then.
But Xu Yuechuan has never stopped searching for news of her...
--
Ten years ago, a strange woman arrived in a peaceful little town. She was gentle and harmless, and always wore a smile. Everyone called her Anning.
Then one day, the town was suddenly attacked. Its defenseless residents were dragged away, about to be executed beneath the guillotine.
As everyone watched in astonishment, Anning stepped forward. In her hand was a long sword stained a dark red with blood, and her gaze held an empty calm.
"I am Anning, the sole survivor of the Empire's Godfall Squad... Anning."
The empire found Anning and widely publicized her deeds, praising her virtue. But Anning remained silent, her calm gaze turned toward the battlefield.
Xu Yuechuan knew that her comrades, her friends, and her lover were there...
Anning knew that her life had ended on that battlefield. She had tried to move on and begin a new life, but she could never find even a moment of peace to match her name.
She could only keep fighting, fighting with her broken body until her life had burned away completely.
(A few things I want to say)
I want to try a different genre this time. The story will alternate between memories and the present.
Xu Yuechuan is the second male lead. The male lead is dead, as the blurb says. This is a true female-centric story, and the second male lead will mainly serve as an observer. It tells of the heroine's growth and a doomsday hero's journey home.
The writing may not be very lighthearted, and this will be quite a challenge for me, but it's a genre I've really wanted to try. I hope you'll enjoy it!
----------Next book, preorder 2---------The Ambition of the Swan
"The ancients say that books hold houses of gold, so why do they also say that it's better to have no books than to believe everything one reads?"
"They say a gentleman should never stand beneath a crumbling wall. But if the nation is on the verge of collapse, how can one care for the world and help all its people?"
"Are the teachings of Confucius and Laozi ranked? Between restraining oneself and restoring the rites, and ruling by nonaction, which should we students uphold?"
The teacher at the academy couldn't take it anymore. He grabbed Meng Zhaojun by the collar and threw her out the door.
"Read ten thousand books and travel ten thousand miles. Once you find your own path, you'll naturally understand all this."
And so Meng Zhaojun set off on a journey to find the path in her heart...
Mu Yan hates nothing more than long-winded scholars. The only book he's ever read is The Analects, and the only words he's written more than once are his own name. He resolves to become a great hero renowned throughout the land, but never expects his life to veer off course after he picks up an "old-fashioned" scholar and a slow-moving little monk...
Nor does he expect that when he's wronged and everyone suspects him, only that bookworm will crouch down and say to him:
"I believe you."
"Why?"
"Selfishness is part of the human heart. If you had no selfishness, you'd have no heart. A Yan, you are my selfish desire."
---Little Scene---
Mu Yan takes the silver he's painstakingly saved and sets out for the blacksmith's shop to buy the throwing knives he's wanted for ages. But when he passes a secondhand bookstall, he stops.
The old book in the stall owner's hands looks just like the ancient text the bookworm has been talking about for ages.
Mu Yan looks at the blacksmith's shop in the distance, grits his teeth, and walks away.
That night, Meng Zhaojun returns to the inn and sees the ancient book she's been longing for on the table. Her eyes widen with delight. "Where did this come from?"
"I just... found it lying around..." Mu Yan says, rubbing his nose and pretending it doesn't matter.
Meng Zhaojun looks at him, then suddenly smiles. "A Yan..."
"Hmm?"
"Your ears are red..."
I want to write a story about young men and women roaming the martial world and chasing their dreams (and I really love pure romance and contrasting-cute personalities~).
The setting is an ancient world envisioned as a utopia of gender equality, where women can hold office and teach. The male and female leads all come from ordinary backgrounds, and the story will mention a fair amount of classical Chinese, poetry, and the ideas of great thinkers (I'll do my best to broaden my knowledge).
It may be told in episodic form: everyone travels together, meets new companions, and grows together in a series of lighthearted, relaxing little adventures.
If you're interested, come join us~
Theme: Turn adversity around through hard work
The wings feel like angels~
I'm going to introduce you to Dou Dada's book recommendation. I'll see if you can pick it up in a few days. Come on! Good writing cannot be let down
The little bird is chirping, you bought the right thing.
Good guy, tens of thousands of Raiders all use the same face to complete tasks, right?
Hahahaha, this holiday has great benefits (????)
Oh yeah, second update today~
Is this from other texts?
What's going on with this wrong chapter?
So gentle. Zach is indeed very different.
