The Ex-Chasing Crematorium

Lu Nanqiao was Fu Rongsheng's kept lover, chosen for just two reasons: he was good-looking, and he was poor.

No threat at all. Fu Rongsheng could call him over or send him away whenever he pleased.

The day Lu Nanqiao met Fu Rongsheng, he was working a part-time job to pay his tuition, but his wages had been withheld. When he went to demand them, he was thrown out and left standing in the rain. Fu Rongsheng handed him an umbrella. Lu Nanqiao looked up at him. The man was refined and elegant, and Lu Nanqiao couldn't help but lose his composure.

Fu Rongsheng loved him. He personally helped him rise to the top of the entertainment industry, turning him into a major star. Then, when Lu Nanqiao won the first Best Actor award of his life, Fu Rongsheng announced his engagement to the Lin family.

Lu Nanqiao pinned Fu Rongsheng beneath him like a madman and asked whether he had made up his mind.

Fu Rongsheng looked into his eyes and laughed. "Lu Nanqiao, don't you think too highly of yourself?"

From that day on, Lu Nanqiao vanished from the world. Even Fu Rongsheng's immense wealth and manpower couldn't uncover a single trace of him.

Later, at a welcome-home banquet hosted by one of his uncles, Fu Rongsheng spotted a familiar figure leaning down to talk to a man over fifty.

The young man leaned against the railing, his gaze sharp and indifferent. Fu Rongsheng clenched his palm and said it had been a long time, but all he got in return was a cold glance.

Only later did he hear that the young master of the Lu family had been in a car accident three years earlier, and had woken up with confused memories.

1. The gong has confused memories, not amnesia.

2. A melodramatic one-on-one story.

Theme: If there's a flower to pluck, pluck it now. Don't wait until there are no flowers left. Cherish the person in front of you.
