[Prince of Tennis] Nothing to Regret

"Fuji-senpai, I like you."

This was my confession at eleven, to you at thirteen.

Yes, I like you. I like you very, very much.

I like you because the person I like likes you, because the person who likes me likes you, and because my family likes you, so I like you too.

The truth is, I really do like you.

Not because of Fu Jun, not because of Liu Huo, not because of Mom and Xiao Jing, but because I like your smile, and so I like you.

But you hurt me, so completely that you cast me into an abyss of no return.

Because you said you hated me.

When you said that, I knew

there could never be anything between us.

So when I finally find my true love, when you finally recognize your true feelings, when we truly miss our chance, when this love leaves both of us battered and bruised, please don't hate me.

Because I'm not worth hating.

I'm slowly building up a stock of chapters. I'll update a few times over winter break, though the exact word count is uncertain.

There's nothing I can do. High school life is worse than hell, you know how it is. No need to explain.

Feel free to leave if you want. I'm focusing on original fiction for now. I really don't have time to work on fanfiction, so I'll just watch it grow over with a smile...

P.S. Let me ask timidly: if I say I'm planning to apply for another pen name, will someone smack me...?
