A sweet 1v1 romance with mutual pining. A cool and aloof but inwardly passionate receiving partner, paired with a seemingly scheming but even more scheming initiating partner.
Su Zike is a famous author, a danmei author, and a devoted fan of the popular voice actor Ba Jiu Dui Huan. Every day, he times his arrival to grab the spot right at his idol's feet and be first in line.
But when the producer invited him to join a project, Su Zike, cool on the outside but burning with enthusiasm inside, calmly replied:
"Sorry, I don't know what an audio drama is."
Then he learned that Ba Jiu Dui Huan had been cast as the lead in the initiating role, and changed his tune:
"Well, I think I could try something new."
From joining the production group chat, to being invited to voice the lead in the receiving role, to successfully adding Ba Jiu Dui Huan on QQ and becoming such close friends that they could talk about anything, even showing off their abs and physiques,
Su Zike, who was pretending to be calm while inwardly thinking, "My idol, I'm yours," couldn't help but sigh:
Ah! This is so hard!
Gu Chijiu has a secret: he's not only a famous voice actor, but also a devoted fan of the author Nan Ke Yi Meng, and secretly in love with his own cool and aloof junior schoolmate.
He's always known that his junior schoolmate and the author Nan Ke Yi Meng are the same person, but he's never figured out how to get his junior schoolmate to know him better and realize his feelings.
Then one day, he heard a voice he knew all too well on YY Voice:
Well, here's my chance.
Bonus scene:
The danmei audio drama Dreams Across the World caused an uproar as soon as it went online, sparking several pages of heated forum arguments.
Fans of the voice actor who was turned down: This guy definitely pulled strings. He doesn't understand Dreams Across the World at all! Our Xiaoyan is the best voice actor for this role! The production team was just trying to promote a newcomer and led him on. Bah!
Ba Jiu Dui Huan's fans: We refuse to be associated with them or have a fake couple pushed on us. This new voice actor, don't cling to someone famous!
Bystanders: Huh? But the newcomer did a pretty good job.
Ba Jiu Dui Huan's fans: Wait a second, the actual person just posted on Weibo.
Ba Jiu Dui Huan V:
@Nan Ke Yi Meng, they say you don't understand Dreams Across the World, when it's clearly based on us. I'm hurt.
Fans: Huh? The author? Based on them? Am I seeing things?
After waking up in Gu Chijiu's arms, Su Zike saw the storm of arguments on Weibo, glared at him, and then posted:
We're together. Thank you for all your love. [Picture: Their hands intertwined]
Bystanders: Hehehe, this is such a tasty bit of gossip. This couple is so good together.
Theme: Fight for the love you want!
