Phoenixes Singing in Harmony

The sect leader was so pleased with her beloved disciple that she wanted to marry her daughter off to her, regardless of the disciple's gender. The two of them were vehemently opposed. The beloved disciple egged on the young sect leader to run away from the wedding and travel the martial world in search of true love. But she only ended up bringing trouble on herself, as the sect leader sent her to protect the young sect leader.

Away from home, the young sect leader could be delicate one moment and aloof the next. Only in front of her senior sister did she let her guard down, turning from sexy to adorable at a moment's notice. The sect leader kept sending people around to spread the news of their engagement. By the time they had traveled far and wide, they hadn't found love, but the whole martial world knew about their engagement.

No matter how much the two of them denied it, nothing worked. Then one day, at the urging of a junior sister sent by the sect leader, the young sect leader suddenly realized she actually liked the idea.

The beloved disciple only realized something was up later, but happily accepted. She took the young sect leader home, apologized, and married her.
