Horror Movie Survival Rules

In a world of horror movies, how can an ordinary person dodge danger at every turn and survive to the very end?

Thanks to all the horror movies she watched before transmigrating, Everly has compiled countless ironclad rules for survival:

Horror Movie Survival Rule No. 1: Stay away from desolate ruins, campsites, castles, cabins in the woods, caves, and places like that.

So when her classmates invited her to explore some ruins, she firmly said no.

Those classmates never came back, not even by the time she graduated from high school.

Horror Movie Survival Rule No. 2: Wherever you go, make sure you know your escape routes in advance.

So when a killer suddenly appeared in the theater, she immediately crawled into the ventilation duct,

becoming one of the few survivors of the incident.

Horror Movie Survival Rule No. 3: Stick close to the protagonist.

Even though this might get you killed as a mere supporting character, most of the time it still works.

So despite being injured, she managed to escape the cannibal's pursuit and make it out alive.

Everly had no idea when all of this would end.

She only knew that she wanted to survive,

to live freely

in a world filled with evil gods, monsters, madmen, and death.

* She transmigrates into a world of horror movies, but all the movies are made up by the author.

* It's probably a story about how an ordinary person uses intelligence and caution to struggle for survival in a horror-movie world. She has a small golden finger, but not much of one.

* This isn't a conventional wish-fulfillment story. It's a journey of growth. If you dislike a particular story or find it frustrating, you can skip it by looking at the arc title.

* The heroine isn't a saint or a perfect person, and has some moral flaws. Read with caution if that bothers you.

* Also known as From Babyhood in the World of Horror Movies and This Heroine Is Clearly So Strong, So Why Is She So Cautious? ((
