I got a boyfriend, and I really like him.
He often disappears without warning, going missing and leaving me unable to find him. That doesn't seem like a big deal. It's a relationship, after all. We both need a little space and freedom, and a few small thrills to spice up our ordinary lives.
Later, I found out that he kept disappearing because he has DID, commonly known as multiple personality disorder. Well... okay, that shouldn't be too big a problem. Love can overcome anything.
Then I found out that not only does my boyfriend have multiple personalities, he's actually an alter, and his host has another girlfriend.
I don't think I can keep making excuses to comfort myself anymore.
If I kill the host, my boyfriend will be mine alone.
