[Please add this to your pre-read list QAQ! My other new Shinichi/Original Character story is called The Case of Kudo Begging Me Not to Break Up with Him~]
[Important warnings: OOC ahead!! Canon couple will be broken up!! The male lead is the Heisei-era Sherlock Holmes. This is a Shinichi/Original Character story, so stay away if that's not your thing.]

Q: What's it like to have a boyfriend who's crazy about mysteries?
A: Thanks for asking. I'm in Beika, and I've just started secretly dating a boyfriend three years younger than me. At first, he seemed pretty normal. He probably knew I wasn't all that into mysteries, because he didn't talk much with me about detective manga and stuff like that. And he was the kind of guy who brought up Sherlock Holmes all the time. He couldn't go a single sentence without mentioning him.
Since I work at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, it's inevitable that I meet people in the same line of work. He was pretty handsome and seemed like a decent guy, so I decided to hit on him.
He knew so much about Sherlock Holmes, so being the clever woman I am, I used Holmes as a conversation starter to strike up a conversation with him. But just a few days into our relationship, my boyfriend suddenly vanished...
From then on, a little kid became a regular part of my life, trotting along behind me. "Sugi, why haven't you been answering Shinichi's calls lately? I heard from Shinichi..."
"Sugi..."
"Sugi..."
"Sugi..."
Finally, unable to take it anymore, I snapped at the kid, who was half my height: "Enough! Stop going on about your precious Shinichi. I've decided. I'm breaking up with him!"
A few things to know:
1. Third-person narration, one-on-one romance with a slice-of-life feel. Pairing: the Tumble Dryer.
2. The heroine is an ordinary employee at the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department, so she'll be involved in plenty of everyday cases.
3. There are lots and lots of headcanons, and the timeline differs quite a bit from the original.
4. This story breaks up Shinichi and Ran as a couple; they remain friends. Ran isn't bashed, so stay away if that's not your thing.
P.S. This silly author is writing for the first time, so my writing skills are limited. Please go easy on me if anything's not very good. I'm currently updating daily or every other day. If the blurb caught your interest, I'd be grateful if you'd add it to your reading list w. Arigato~ [bows]
*This is a silly, lighthearted romance from beginning to end, with a few unserious and illogical original cases now and then, but only a few!
New story to pre-read: The Case of Kudo Begging Me Not to Break Up with Him

The two decisions Ho Xiang had always regretted most were:
First... choosing the wrong career after graduating from college and becoming a reporter. She went bald at a young age. Second: breaking up with her younger boyfriend, which later led to her shamelessly begging him to agree to appear on her interview show.
A high school detective had made a name for himself by helping the police solve cases. A TV station wanted to interview the young high school detective, but unfortunately, he turned them down.
The TV station gave her the first assignment of her career: interview her ex-boyfriend!
Ho Xiang: ...QAQ Is there anyone who doesn't die of embarrassment?
So Ho Xiang, who had desperately tried to convince herself that work mattered more than her ex, dragged her heavy body to the crime scene. Unfortunately, other reporters had already crowded the place. She fought her way through all on her own and tumbled right into the middle of the scrum.
Then the detective's lips curled into a faint smile, and his first words were: "What, do you regret breaking up with me?"
The whole crowd erupted, and the microphones immediately swung toward Ho Xiang.
"No, you've got it all wrong. We're just like siblings." Under the pressure of all those eyes on her, Ho Xiang tried to explain. By the end, even she didn't believe herself. "Right, exactly. We're just like siblings. Heh..."
The detective wasn't happy with that. He pouted slightly and said, sounding deeply displeased, "...Is that all we are, like siblings? But I remember you didn't say that last night."
Ho Xiang: Oh no, it seems like he's got some dirt on me. Wait, last night I was just asking him to agree to do the show!!
A silly, sweet romance. I'll try to keep the silly little tropes fresh.
Theme: Love only means something when both people move toward each other
Megure and the others are just police, not public security police. The Japanese public security and police are different. The public security has a much higher power status than the police. Not everyone can become a public security officer.
Ah, this kind of plot... Sometimes I don't quite understand this... Everyone has their own life, just like chasing stars in three dimensions. Do you think you will really fall in love with your idol? If you like someone, I think he should be happy~ Slowly, in the end, we will actually find that many things in life actually require or deserve our more attention. Star chasing only occupies a very small part of life. Grow and make progress together with your idols, and gain motivation and positive energy from chasing stars. This is the best way to be your radiant self~
The love environment of the heroine in this article is really not good.
Haha, silly hair is the real body.
Mitsuhiko... How did you use "Conan likes Risugi" to deduce "you like Haibara"...
Who was the woman who talked to Jiang Gu on the phone and knew his undercover identity?
I guess either the photo is from P, or the person in it is Kaito. After all, Kudo has no memory at all. As a famous detective, he shouldn't forget this kind of thing.
Sending a message to threaten the female police officer is a sign of contempt for the public power organization behind Li Shan, and he is also brave enough to invite him to the police station for tea.
I think that if Li Shan determines Wo Ke's true identity in the future, he will not rush to reveal it. He can seize the initiative and do many things, such as teasing his little boyfriend openly, letting Wo Ke feel jealous, and tricking Wo Ke. It's interesting to think about it.
Look what I was waiting for, it turned out to be an extra episode, thank you for your hard work.
