Igarashi Shuichi, an ordinary guy who happens to be the strongest in the world, uses the Ability Special Affairs Division's "Book" to peep into parallel worlds, writing fanfiction as an excuse to catch up on shows.
The Ability Special Affairs Division dares not complain, even though they're furious.
Then one day, a System came looking for him.
System: Hey, buddy, wanna be a soul guide?
Shuichi: No. Get lost.
System: Don't you want to think about it a little more?
System: We also provide a way to observe other worlds!
Shuichi: I'm in.
System: Give it some more thought, would you? Wait, you... you agreed?
Shuichi: Less talk. Hurry up.
Pairing undecided. Not recommended to bet on a ship.
Theme: Everyone can find their special someone.
