My next book is The Years I Lived with the Ghost King. The blurb is below!
Check out my author page, where I show off my talents (picture me grinning mischievously).
Blurb:
After Zhu Sui is reborn,
her first priority is to stay away from her gambling, deadbeat father.
Her second is to find the person who murdered Chen Ji.
She had a crush on Chen Ji for nearly ten years, but he was found dead in an abandoned factory, and the killer has never been caught.
But how can she get close to the top student in her grade? To spend more time with him, Zhu Sui showers him with care and attention. Just as she has the academic genius wavering, a friend asks her during a casual chat, "If you like Chen Ji, why not confess?"
Zhu Sui denies it with an earnest expression. "Don't be ridiculous. I don't like him."
Chen Ji, who overhears from around the corner: Hah, woman. You've really mastered the art of playing hard to get.
A little scene
Chen Ji confesses after graduation. The instant the lights go out, he quickly leans over and kisses the person beside him, then grabs the girl's hand and says hesitantly, "That was my first kiss... You have to take responsibility."
Zhu Sui gives a sly smile in the darkness. "A kiss on the cheek doesn't count as a first kiss. How about you kiss me somewhere else?"
That night, Chen Ji's ears turn bright red. In the shifting shadows of the trees, he asks her, "Does this count?"
Zhu Sui licks her bitten lip and nods. "It counts. I'll take responsibility."
They spend several years together, then break up just as Chen Ji is about to make it big.
On the day they split up, Chen Ji watches her pack and says with difficulty, "You don't have to move out. I'll go."
The night Chen Ji moves out, the dog they raised together waits by the door all night without sleeping.
The day Chen Ji wins the Best New Artist award, his fans below the stage are screaming nonstop.
He remembers his first live performance a few years ago. Back then, he had only one fan, and he sang her a song called "Sanctuary."
Now he has lost that fan, and he has lost his sanctuary.
# Without her, how would I have made it through obscurity?
*One-on-one, happy ending. Gentle, top-student puppy boy x reborn girl who aggressively pursues him.
*The entertainment industry isn't a major focus.
PS: "Without her, how would I have made it through obscurity?" is from Little Donkey.
Theme: The impact of one's family of origin.
I felt uncomfortable for a long time after reading it. The writing is very good but the plot is terrible. Thank you for the limited exemption.
I've been thinking about it, how to describe this painful feeling, it's probably that when the characters face their original families, it's as depressing as when I watched "The City That Doesn't Exist", and when the characters' emotional entanglements and disputes are as bloody as when I watched "Tiny Times".
My dear friends, meeting each other in the vast Jinjiang River is fate. We are already preparing for the advance payment of the next book. Use your little fingers to get rich and give me a clear path. It doesn't matter if you don't give it. Find a way by yourself T^T Finally, thank you for reading their stories. They are living well in their respective worlds. I hope you are too and have happy things every day.
The story is really well written, as sweet as it is at the front, it will be as sharp as the back. Looking forward to the sweet extra story (temporarily forgetting be aesthetics)
The ending took my breath away and I put my head down and cried for a while. First of all, Zhu's father's very, very belated fatherly love, his protection of his daughter, and his confession. The most emotional point for me was the only photo taken in the blood-stained wallet. This was very well written. Then there is Song Xun's cp line, their confession, after Song Xun's death, she said it would be better if she could give Song Xun a little more love. I'm thinking, in fact, Song Xun's rebirth doesn't want to wish him a happy new year, but to suppress Chen Ji. I feel very pitiful for him. The last one should be the friendship line. Cui Zhengqing made me very annoying before, but in the end Cui Zhengqing made Song Xun commit suicide in relief. I understand Song Xun's words "Actually, I also miss it a little bit." Song Xun has always cherished the friendship between the three people, and he was not so cruel to Chen Ji, otherwise he would have killed Chen Ji before the college entrance examination (as far as I understand Song Xun traveled before the college entrance examination). In this novel, no one is right or wrong. This is the extreme of some of them. I think the characters are very well-written in big letters, which may be my problem. I also hope that Song Xun will be reborn again, let go of his worries early, avoid so many unfaithful words, and be able to be loved by the top scholar in science.
Now when I think about them, I feel bored and irritable. I really hate the scenery (╥╥)
The heroine's father is like a cancer... Why do both the hero and heroine give him money and don't tell each other... It's too indulgent, isn't it a bottomless pit?
I feel like the self-righteous hero is the most taboo in a relationship.
The god who has limited my freedom is so hard that I can't get out
Thanks to the limited exemption, I stayed up all night to finish it. I cried while watching it. Now my eyes are swollen and my voice is hoarse.
