[Detective Conan] Beyond Saving

Synopsis:

New recruits joining the Organization are given two special warnings from the start. One is not to provoke the silver-haired foreigner. The other is not to go near the black-haired man with iron-black eyes who acts alone.

The first is the Organization's top killer in the operations unit, a former assassin, loyal as a dog. Be careful of his gun when he talks to you. The second is the Organization's infamous con artist, a former mercenary who won't lift a finger without something in it for him. If he talks to you, he'll turn around and walk away.

Hiromitsu Morofushi and Toru Amuro hear these two warnings, then turn around and spot a black-haired man wearing sunglasses in the middle of the night, fumbling around in front of an elevator.

"Need some help?" Hiromitsu Morofushi asks.

The man curls his lips into a smile, his iron-black eyes hidden behind the sunglasses narrowing with delight.

"I'd appreciate it," he says.

Soon, the elevator opens. Streaks of bright red blood spread across the floor at their feet.

The dead man's pupils have expanded into a field of gray-black. He stares at the people outside the elevator, his slit mouth forming a clown's smile.
