Blurb:

Tivina is the chief paladin of the Holy Temple of Light, commanding an entire legion of holy knights.

Born into a traditional knightly family, she was taught from a young age to uphold the knightly code, remain loyal to the gods, and fear neither darkness nor hardship.

She has always held herself strictly to the knightly code.

She is upright, brave, and kind, possessing every quality the God of Light cherishes. She is the God's sole Chosen One.

The God of Light has always been locked in a battle of wits with his twin brother, the God of Darkness. One day, he finally defeats the God of Darkness, but is careless enough to let the other's dark divinity invade his divine core. His hair and eyes briefly turn black, and he loses his memories.

When he wakes, he sees a silver-haired, golden-eyed female knight.

"You're awake." She hands him a bowl of dark, murky medicine. "Then drink this first."

After drinking it, the God of Light: "..." Gag.

The medicine is so bitter he briefly thinks she's trying to murder him.

*

Having lost his memories, the God of Light believes he is an ordinary human and gives himself a new name, Feichel. To survive, he offers to become Tivina's manservant.

Tivina refuses.

But Feichel misunderstands her. "You don't want me as your manservant... So you want me to be your lover?"

Tivina: "...Of course not."

But Feichel thinks she's just saying one thing and meaning another, so he starts playing the part of a devoted lover.

Tivina thinks he understands what she meant and lets out a sigh of relief.

She doesn't expect Feichel to lie naked on her bed that very night, looking at her shyly.

Tivina: ...

Well, that was a waste of breath.

*

One day, Tivina goes to wipe out a group of black mages. When she arrives, they're in the middle of summoning the God of Darkness, and the summoning circle is already active.

The moment she steps into the room with the circle, she sees a familiar person appear at the summoning point.

Feichel, summoned here in a daze, turns his head and sees Tivina. The two stare at each other.

Tivina: "..."

She draws her sword.

Feichel: "..." No, wait, just hear me out!
