[Blurb from the male protagonist's perspective; the story is told from the female protagonist's perspective]
At the very end of South Street, there's a bar called Honey Sea.
The owner of Honey Sea is handsome, with a melancholy air that suggests a story behind him.
Someone once asked him why he had named the bar Honey Sea.
He lifted his eyes, emotions silently surging within them.
“Her favorite song is called ‘Honeysea.’”
“Who is she?”
The owner fell silent.
He didn't know who she was, either.
They had spent only one night together, in a foreign country.
It was Christmas Eve. The whole city was celebrating, but the two of them, both feeling that they had nowhere to belong, happened to meet on that snowy night. They warmed one another, shared a pair of earphones, and listened to “Honeysea” all night long.
That night, when the two of them looked up, every snowflake seemed like her, and like him.
They agreed not to ask each other's names or where they were going. When the night was over, everything would return to zero.
He kept his promise, but regretted it.

A long time passed.
On a snowy night at the Winter Solstice, someone pushed open the door and entered Honey Sea.
Seeing those familiar eyes, he smiled.
“Would you like a drink?”
As it happened, “Honeysea” was playing in the bar just then.
